RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A STOP FOR NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC
ON BAYVIEW AVENUE AT BEAN AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 15 -29, "STOP
INTERSECTIONS AND THROUGH STREETS ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby establish a vehicular stop for northbound traffic on Bayview Avenue at Bean
Avenue, as indicated on the attached Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reqular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 2nd day of Juw_ 1984 by the
following vote:
