RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FOUR -WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION
OF MASSOL AVENUE AND NICHOLSON AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -29, "STOP
INTERSECTIONS AND THROUGH STREETS ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby establish a four -way vehicular stop at the intersection of Massol Avenue and
Nicholson Avenue, as indicated on the attached Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 2nd day of July , 1984 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Brent N.
Ventura and Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Terrence J. Daily
