A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT WITH CANADA LIFE ASSURANCE
COMPANY FOR PROVISION OF LIFE AND
LONG -TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE.
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the
Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Canada Life
Assurance Company for the provision of Life and Long -Term Disability Insurance
for Town employees effective July 1, 1984,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos,
