A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ESTABLISHING AN INTEREST RATE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF TOWN
COSTS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
RESOLVED, that the rate of interest pursuant to Los Gatos Town Code
Section 26 -36(d) shall be ten (10) percent per annum, to be reviewed semi-
annually.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 4th day of June, 1984, by the following vote:

Carlson Terrence J. Daily, Brent N. Ventura
and Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito
