RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL
OF SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
(586 University Avenue - Nelson -Moles Development, Inc.)
WHEREAS:
1. Jerome Block has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission as follows:
Approval of a tentative map for a 9 -unit residential condominium previously approved
in the R- M:5 -20 Zone at 586 University Avenue; and
2. A public hearing was held on May 7, 1984.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the findings of the Planning Commission
were correct as follows:
a. The reasons for denial of a tentative map as specified by Government
Code Section 66474 do not exist; and
b. The proposal is consistent with the General Plan.
2. The Town Council hereby finds that the decision of the Planning Commission
was correct in approving a tentative map for a 9 -unit residential condominium at
586 University Avenue with the following conditions:
a. A final map shall be filed to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer.
b. Two copies of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall be filed
with the Planning Department.
3. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal is hereby denied.
Pursuant to Los Gatos Town Code Section 1 -15, the time for seeking judicial
review of the Town Council decision is governed by California Code of Civil Pro-
cedure Section 1094.6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 21st day of May , 1984 by the following vote:

and Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito
