A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONCERNING OPEN SPACE DEDICATIONS
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that dedication of open
space easements or fee title be made jointly to the Town of Los Gatos and the
Mid- Peninsula Regional Open Space District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 21st day of Ma , 1984, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin,_ Eric D. Carlson Terrence
J. Daily, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Thomas J Ferrito
