A RESOLUTION MAKING A FINDING REGARDING THE VALUE OF WRITTEN PROTESTS
FILED AND NOT 'WITHDRAWN AND TERMINATING PROCEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS LOS GATOS BOULEVARD NO. 10
TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, on March 19, 1934, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos by its
Resolution No. 1934 -33 initiated proceedings for the annexation of that certain
uninhabited territory hereinafter designated as Los Gatos Boulevard No. 10
Annexation to the Town of Los Gatos and set a public hearing to hear any protests
against the annexation for its meeting of May 7, 1934.
After holding a hearing in the manner described in Article 2 (commencing with
Section 35220) of Chapter 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, the
Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds and resolves;
1. Written protests filed and not withdrawn constitute more than 50% of the
owners of land who own more than 50% of the total assessed value of the
land within the territory to be annexed.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 35229 of the Government Code of the
State of California, the annexation to the Town of Los Gatos of that
certain uninhabited territory designated as Los Gatos Boulevard No. 10
Annexation, and described in real property description and map attached
3. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to prepare under seal a certified copy of
this resolution, giving the date of passage, and immediately transmit the
copy to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of
Santa Clara County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 7th day of May , 1934 by the following vote:

LOS GATOS BOULEVARD NO. 10 ANNEXATION
All that real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northerly corner of that certain annexation to
the Town of Los Gatos entitled "Los Gatos Boulevard No. 9", said
point also being a Southerly corner of that certain annexation to
the Town of Los Gatos entitled "Burton Road No. 111, and said
point also being the intersection of the Southerly right -of -way
line of Burton Road and the Westerly right -of -way line of Los
Gatos Boulevard as shown on that certain Record of Survey of a
monument line of South Bascom Avenue from Union Avenue to Lark
Avenue in the County of Santa Clara as recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara in Book 264 of
Maps at pages 49 through 54; thence from said point of beginning
along the Westerly line of Los Gatos Boulevard No. 9 annexation
and said right -of -way line of Los Gatos Boulevard South 310 23'
West, 91.68 feet; thence.leaving the line of last said annexation
and last said right -of -way North 580 30' West, 187.36 feet;
thence North 31" 30' East, 91.64 feet to the South right -of -way
line of Burton Road; thence along said line South 580 30' East
189.90 feet to the paint of beginning.
Containing 0.40 acres more or less.
