RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
FINAL MAP FOR THE 1984 REVISION OF TRACT NO. 6878
RESOLVED, that certain Final Map for the 1984 Revision of Tract No. 6373 in
the Town of Los Gatos, dated March, 1934; prepared by Jennings-McDerinott-Heiss,
Incorporated, for James Lampe General Contractor, Owner of Record of said
subdivision (whose Final Map, Final Amended Map, and Final Amended Map
[Revised] were previously approved by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos); recommended for approval by the Town Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos;
is hereby approved, and all offers of land for public use therein made on said
Map are hereby accepted subject to the conditions contained in Resolution No.
1980-174, "Resolution Approving Final Map of Tract No. 6373" and the "Contract
for the Improvement of Tract No. 6878 and Concerning Dedication of Streets"
filed in the Office of the Town Clerk.

Town of Los Gatos held on 7th day of Mly, 1984 by the following vote:
