A RESOLUTION APPROVING TOWN FACILITIES AND
PERSONNEL FOR LOS GATOS CENTENNIAL ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, the Town is sponsoring preliminary planning for the celebration
of the Los Gatos Centennial in 1987; and
WHEREAS, a committee appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Council
has been charged with the overall responsibility for planning
and implementing Centennial activities; and
WHEREAS, the committee wishes to assure an overall calendar of activities
and programs that are appropriate for the Los Gatos Centennial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
that Town facilities and personnel for all Centennial - related activities and
programs shall be made available only with the specific approval of the Town
Council after consideration of the recommendation of the Los Gatos Centennial
Committee, and that all requests for use of Town facilities and personnel be
referred to the Los Gatos Centennial Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA,
at a regular meeting held this 19th day of March, 1984, by the
following vote

Terrence J. Daily, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor
Thomas J. Ferrito
