RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM PLANNING COMMISSION
DENIAL OF SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
(16070 Shannon Road -- Damavandi Enterprises)
WHEREAS:
1. Roger Lehr has appealed a decision of the Planning Commis-
sion as follows: denying Subdivision Application M- 83 -11; and
2. A public hearing was held on February 21, 1984.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the findings and decision
of the Planning Commission were correct.
2. Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of March 1984, by the fol-
lowing vote:
