A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL AMENDING
COMPENSATION FOR THE
TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed its annual review and evalua-
tion of the Town Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to amend the compensation available
for the position of Town Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the compensation for the Clerk is
increased by an annual amount of $750.00 effective for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1983; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is authorized to be provided this
compensation either in the form of salary or in a lump sum payment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS at a
adjourned regular meeting held this 12th day of December
1983, by the following vote:
