RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM DECISION
OF PLANNING COMMISSION BUT REQUIRING
NOTICE TO CERTAIN PERSONS (HARWOOD ROAD
AT BELCREST DRIVE, W. T. QUIGLEY)
WHEREAS:
1. W. T. QUIGLEY has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission
as follows: approval of a five -lot subdivision in the HR -1 zone
with six specified conditions (Subdivision Application M- 83 -4).
2. A public hearing was held by the Council on November 7, 1983;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the findings and decision of
the Planning Commission were correct.
2. The Council further finds that the persons testifying at the
Council public hearing on this appeal are interested in the future
development of said subdivision.
3. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal is denied, and the
Planning Department is directed to notify all the persons testifying
on this appeal at the Council public hearing on November 7, 1983,
of all Planning Commission hearings on Architecture and Site
applications for the development of each individual parcel in
said subdivision.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 21st day of November,
1983, by the following vote:
