RESOLUTION GRANTING APPEAL FROM DECISION OF BUILDING OFFICIAL
(16773 Lark Avenue - Thomas Yuki)
1. Thomas Yuki has appealed a decision of the Building Official, as
follows: requiring connection of the house plunbing system at 16773 Lark Avenue
to the public sanitary sewer system; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Taan Council on October 17, 1983;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds as follows:
a. A private sewage disposal system would be of less financial cost to
the applicant than connection to the existing sanitary sewer system.
b. Santa Clara. County Health Department standards must be met with
respect to any sewage disposal on and from said property.
2. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal is granted on the condition
that the Health Officer approve the safety of the septic tank in accordance with
the standards of the Santa Clara County Health Department.
