RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO APPROVE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos to purchase the following equipment for the Town of Los Gatos;
RIDING ROTARY MOWER
(PARKS)
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks, Forestry, and Maintenance Services has
presented Specifications for the PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT; and
RESOLVED, that these Specifications for EQUIPMENT, dated November 30,
1983, are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids for the purchase
of EQUIPMENT as specified in the aforesaid Specifications, which said advertisement
shall be substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 7th day of November, 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Terrence
J. Daily, Thomas J. Ferrito and Mayor Brent N. Ventura

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the
Town of Los Gatos, of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in the
Office of the Clerk, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, California 95030, up to
3:00 P.M., November 30, 1983, for the purchase of the vehicle and equipment
in accordance with the Specifications on file in the Office of the Clerk of
the Town of Los Gatos.
Unit to be purchased is as follows:
ONE RIDING ROTARY MOWER
All bids must be addressed to the Clerk of the Town of Los Gatos, and shall
bear the title or name of the items to be delivered.
The Town of Los Gatos reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to
waive any errors or discrepancies.
Specifications may be secured from the Department of Parks, Forestry, &
Maintenance Services, 41 Miles Avenue, Los Gatos, California 95030.
