A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A LETTER AGREEMENT
WITH PAUL MONACO OF HAMMETT & EDISON, INC.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, that the Town Manager is authorized and is hereby directed
to negotiate and execute a Letter Agreement with Paul Monaco of Hammett
& Edison, Inc., to provide an assessment of Hearst Cablevision of
California Certification of Improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a continued regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 24th day of October, 1983,
by the following vote:
