RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM PLANNING COn4ISSION

WHEREAS:
1. Ernest Patterson has appealed a decision of the Planning Carnni.ssion as
follows: denying Architecture & Site Application 5- 81 -70A; and
2. A public hearing was held on September 19, 1983;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds:
a. The decision of the Planning Ccoanission was correct.
b. The applicant is willing to submit revised plans.
2. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal is denied, and the applica-
tion is remanded to the Planning Caianission for consideration of revised plans.
