HANDICAPPED PARKING - VILLAGE LANE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 16 -60, the Town Council
of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traffic regulation:
HANDICAPPED PARKING
One (1) handicapped parking space is hereby established on the east side of
Village Lane, at its intersection with Petticoat Lane, as shown on the attached
Exhibit "A ".
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
Resolution No. 1983 -155, which established one (1) handicapped parking space on
the south side of Petticoat Lane east of North Santa Cruz Avenue, is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 17th day of October 1933, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Terrence J. Daily,
Thomas J. Ferrito and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
