A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT
WITH THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into a
contractual agreement with the County of Santa Clara Health Department for
mosquito control in storm drain catch basins, a copy of which is attached
hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Manager is authorized and is
hereby directed to execute said Contract in the name and in behalf of the
Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of
October , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D.
Carlson, Terrence J. Daily, Thomas J.
Ferrito and Mayor Brent N. Ventura

RESPONSIBILSTY OF LOS GATOS
The Town of Los Gatos shall review each bill submitted and notify the Health
Department of discrepancies immediately.
3. Pesticides: actual of pesticides ..d shall not e# forty-three
cents ($0.43) for each catch basin treated.
