RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS G,ATOS
TO APPROVE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
A USED MEDIUM SIZE STATION WAGON
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
purchase a USED MEDIUM SIZE STATION 14AGON FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT for the
Town of Los Gatos;
WHEREAS, THE Town Engineer has presented Specifications dated October 10, 1933
for the purchase of a USED MEDIUM SIZE STATION WAGON which are on file in the Office
of the Town Clerk.
RESOLVED, that said Specifications are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids for the purchase of
said vehicle as specified in the Specifications,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the —17th day of October , 1983, by the following vote:
