ONE (1) HOUR LIMITED TIME PARKING
NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 ®44, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED:
Stopping, standing or parking of any motor vehicle, is hereby prohibited AT ALL
TIMES along a portion of North Santa Cruz Avenue, as indicated on the attached
Exhibit "A ".
ONE (1) HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle, except Sundays and
Holidays, for a period of time longer than one (1) hour along both sides of
Santa Cruz Avenue, north of Andrews Street, as indicated on the attached
Exhibit "A ".
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously- adopted
resolutions in conflict herewith.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 17 day of October, 19133 by the following vote:
