RESOLUTION NO. 1983 -185
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BONNIE LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1983 -136 of this Council ordering
same, adopted on July 18, 1983, notice has been duly given of the inten-
tion of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution
of Intention No. 1982 -214 adopted on November 15, 1982, as amended; and
WHEREAS, persons interested appeared or filed written protests
against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things
pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard and con-
sidered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention, as amended, be made and had, all as more particu-
larly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 1983 -136 adopted
July 18, 1983.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 6th
day of September 1983, by the following vote:
