A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A PURCHASE AGREE-
MENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PITNEY BOWES
MAILING EQUIPMENT.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
that the Town Manager is authorized and hereby directed to negotiate and
execute a purchase agreement for the acquisition of: Model 5600 Mailing
Machine; Model 1861 Fold Max; Model 3307 Inserterette.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 6th day of
September 1983, by the following vote:
