PARKING RESTRICTION - ALBERTO WAY
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 16 -47
"Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of Los Gatos hereby adopts the fol-
lowing changes:
Town Council Resolution Noe 1933 -120 prohibiting parking along the
east side of Alberto Way is hereby rescinded.
Town Council Resolution No. 1930 -79, prohibiting parking along the
west side of Alberto Way, is hereby reinstated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 6th day of September, 1933, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Terrence J. Daily, Thomas J.
Ferrito, MarLyn J. Rasmussen, and Mayor Brent N.Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Beniamin
