RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTARY RESURFACING
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN JOSE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement entitled,
"SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SAN JOSE AND TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO
RESURFACING OF STREETS ", with the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a copy of which is attached
hereto.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized, and hereby directed to execute
said agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 6 day of September 1933 by the fol-
lowing vote:

SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SAN JOSE AND TOWN OF
LOS GATOS RELATING TO RESURFACING OF STREETS
This agreement is made and entered into, effective upon the last date this docu-
ment is signed by the parties hereto, by and between the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a munic-
ipal corporation of the State of California (TOWN), and the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a mu-
nicipal corporation of the State of California (CITY), and is a supplementary agree-
ment to the original agreement relating to resurfacing of streets as signed by CITY
November 19, 1982 and signed by TOWN November 17, 1982 a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof. This agreement is based on the following facts:
1. TOWN has resurfaced various streets within the corporate limits of TOWN and
City pursuant to said original agreement.
2. Said original agreement limits CITY'S cost to $50,000 unless authorized by
subsequent agreement.
3. The cost of the work done pursuant to said original agreement exceeded
$50,000.00 due to additional repair work that was required prior to
resurfacing.
TOWN AND CITY AGREE A� FOLLOWS:
A. All of the provisions of said original agreement are reaffirmed and
readopted with the following modification:
1. CITY'S cost of the work as completed shall be $51,609.67.
