RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL
FROM THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
(14981 National Avenue - Barry Swenson Builders)
WHEREAS:
1. Barry Swenson Builders had appealed the following decision of the
Planning Commission: denial of request for modification of conditions to
require solar hot water heating in the proposed professional building located
at 14981 National Avenue; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on August 15, 1983, at
which there was no appearance by the appellant;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the appeal is denied on the grounds that the
Planning Commission did not err in its decision and that no further infor-
mation was provided.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A regular MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA, held this 6th day of
September 1983, by the following vote:
