RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM DECISION OF BUILDING OFFICIAL

1. Wimbledon Homeowner's Association has appealed a decision of the Building
Offician, as follows: requiring provision of handicapped access on an existing
building in connection with remodeling; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on August 1, 1983;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that insufficient evidence was presented to
substantiate the appeal, and it therefore appears that the decision of the Building
Official was correct.
2. Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA,
at a regular hearing held this 15 day of August
1983, by the following vote:
