A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A
HOUSING PROVISION. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
AND COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPERS FOR THE PARTIAL
ACQUISITION COSTS OF A SENIOR CITIZEN GROUP HOME
LOCATED AT 221 LOS GATOS BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos authorize the Mayor to sign a Housing Provision Agreement
between the Town and Community Housing Developers for partial
acquisition costs of $35,000.00 allocated from the Town's
Ninth Year Community Development Block Grant Funds for the
Senior Citizen Group Home located at 221 Los Gatos Boulevard.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 15 day of August 1983,
by the following vote:
