A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FIXING
BOND SERVICE TAX RATES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that tax rates
for fiscal year 1983 -84 for bond services upon each $100 of cash valuation
of property within the Town are hereby fixed as follows:
ROLL A
1965 Park Bond Interest $.0050
and Redemption
The Town Clerk shall immediately transmit to the County Controller of
Santa Clara County a statement of the rates fixed.
This resolution shall be 'published once within fifteen (15) days of
its adoption in the Los Gatos Times pursuant to Section 36936.1 of the
Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a ___regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the lst day of August
1983, by the following vote:
