A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE MEDIATION SERVICES
CONTRACT SETTING NEW FEES FOR RENTAL MEDIATION
AND ARBITRATION.
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby
directed to execute an amendment to the Mediation Services
Contract setting a new fee schedule.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS at a regular meeting held this 18th day
