A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO
LOBBYING CONTRACT WITH OCHOA, BARBOSA
& SILLAS
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, that Paragraph 2(b) of that contract executed
between the TOWN and the firm of OCHOA, BARBOSA & SILLAS for the
provision of lobbying services be amended to reflect a total cost of
twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars.
