RESOLUTION NO. 1983- 136
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BONNIE LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity
require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make the
following changes and modifications in the proceedings being conducted
by said Council pursuant to its Resolution of Intention No. 1982 -214
adopted by this Council on November 15, 1982, as amended, to wit:
Reduce the curb to curb width of Bonnie Lane from 24
feet to 20 feet by modifying the easterly curb line
beginning at a point 35 feet south of the centerline of
Shannon Road and ending 185 feet south of the centerline
of Shannon Road.
The Director of Public Works shall modify the plans and
specifications for said work together with all other portions of the
Engineer's Report filed in said proceedings relating thereto to reflect
the deletion of said work as hereinabove described.
All of said changes and modifications shall be made by the
Engineer either on the face of the report or by filing an amendment
thereto.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 15th day of August, 1983,
at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock p.m. in the regular meeting place of said
Council, Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los
Gatos, California, be, and the same are hereby appointed and fixed as
the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter
of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and
persons interested therein.
The Department of Public Public Works of said Town be, and it is
hereby designated as the department to answer inquiries regarding any
protest proceedings to be had herein, and may be contacted during
regular office hours at the Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los
Gatos, California 95030, or by calling (408) 354-6863.
The Town Clerk of said Town shall cause a copy of this resolution
to be published once in the
