A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1982 -137 ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
ZONING, CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, SUBDIVISION
PROCEEDINGS, AND VARIOUS ENGINEERING SERVICES.
RESOLVED, bythe Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, State of
California, as follows:
Section 5(b) of Resolution 1982 -137 is amended to read as follows:
b. The fees for the inspection of installation of such public
improvements shall be based on percentage of the Town
Engineer's estimate of the value thereof, and shall be
calculated as follows:
9.5 percent of the first $30,000 of value or any fraction
thereof, plus
5.0 percent of the next $50,000 of value or any fraction
thereof, plus
4.0 percent of that value which exceeds $80,000.
Section 6 of Resolution 1982 -137 is amended to read as follows:
6. Encroachment Permit Fees. The application fee for an
excavation permit issued under Article III of Chapter 26
of the Los Gatos Town Code shall be 2% of the estimated
cost of the work except that the minimum fee shall be $40.
Estimates of the cost of the work shall be subject to
approval by the Town Engineer.
Section 8 as previously written is hereby deleted and is amended to
read as follows:
8. Revocable Permits. The application fee for a Revocable
Permit shall be 200.
Section 9 is added to Resolution 1982 -137 to read as follows:
9. AssessmentDistrict Re- Spreads. The application fee for
Assessment District Re- Spreads shall be $300, plus $50
per lot affected by the re- spread.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 20th day of June, 1983, by the following
vote:

Daily and Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Marlyn J. Rasmussen and
