PARKING RESTRICTION - ALBERTO WAY
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 16 -47 "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traf-
fic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES is hereby prohibited
along Alberto Way east side, from the northerly end of the cul -de -sac to a point 650
feet southerly.
Town Council Resolution No. 1980 -79, prohibiting parking along the west side of
Alberto Way, is hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 20th day of June, 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin Terrence J Daily and Thomas J
Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS MarLyn J. Rasmussen and Mayor Brent N Ventura
