RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO APPROVE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ONE ASPHALT PATCHING UNIT
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to purchase one Asphalt Patchinq Unit for the Town of Los Gatos.
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks, Forestry, & Maintenance Services, has
presented Specifications for the PURCHASE OF ONE ASPHALT PATCHING UNIT, and
RESOLVED, that these Specifications for THE PATCHING UNIT, dated
— -. X_16th,,aE3 , on file in the office of the Town Clerk, are hereby
approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized aid directed
to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids for the pur-
chase of ONE ASPHALT PATCHING UNIT as specified in the aforesaid Soecifications,
which said advertisement shall be substantially in accordance with the Notice
to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the ].6th day of — May _ , 1983, by the

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the
Town of Los Gatos, of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in the
Office of the Clerk, 110 E. Main Street; Los Gatos, California 95030, up to
3:00 P.M., Tuesday June 7th, 1983 for the purchase
of vehicle and equipment in accordance with the specifications on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Town of Los Gatos.
Unit to be purchased is as follows:
ONE ASPHALT PATCHING UNIT
All bids must be addressed to the Clerk of the Town of Los Gatos, and shall
bear the title or name of the items to be delivered.
The Town of Los Gatos reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive
any errors or discrepancies.
Specifications may be secured from the Department of Parks, Forestry, &
Maintenance Services, 41 Miles Avenue, Los Gatos, California 95030.
