8 RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
BONNIE LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Tme,u of Los Gatos,
California, that
WBDRB&6, this Coouoil determined to issue serial bonds to represent
unpaid assessments in proceedioga conducted under and pursuant to its
Resolution of Intention 0o^ 1882^214^ adopted on November lS, 1982' as
amended, and;
WUli888G/ the Town Clerk has received a written offer for the
purchase of the bonds to represent said unpaid assessments, and, in the
opinion of this Council, the beat interests of the assessment district
will not be served by soliciting additional offers therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS, as follows-
l^ That the sale of said bonds is hereby awarded to
subject to all of the terms and
conditions net forth in said written offer for the purchase of the houda^
2. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to cause said bonds to be
prepared in accordance with the Dzuumediuge of this Council and that the
Treasurer shall cause the same to be executed and delivered to said
purchaser upon receipt of the purchase Price therefor and upon the
Performance of the conditions contained in said written offer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of May, 1983 by
the following vote:
