RESOLUTION NO. 1983- 92
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF CERTAIN
ASSESSMENTS AND REVISION IN COST ESTIMATE
BONNIE LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council is conducting special assessment proceedings
pursuant to its Resolution of Intention No. 1982 -214, adopted on
November 15, 1982, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the assessments in said proceedings included an amount
to create a special reserve fund and an amount for bond discount, and,
because certain of said assessments were paid during the cash payment
period, the amounts attributable to said paid assessments for reserve
fund and bond discount will not be needed;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY DETERMINES AND ORDERS, as
follows:
1. That the assessments hereinafter set forth are hereby ordered
reduced, as follows:

2. That the amount allocated for reserve fund in the Cost
Estimate in the Engineer's Report be reduced from $3,911.00 to
$1,933.00, that the amount allocated therein for bond discount be
reduced from $3,910.00 to $1,160.00, that the amount allocated therein
for Publishing and Bond Printing be increased from $750.00 to $1,112.00,
that the amount allocated therein for Contingencies be reduced from
$4,675.00 to $3,327.00, that the Total Project Cost be reduced from
$85,304.00 to $79,590.00, that the Town Participation be reduced from
$38,367.00 to $37,693.00 and that the Balance to Assessment be reduced
from $46,937.00 to $41,897.00.
3. That the Engineer of Work is hereby directed to make said
changes on the Engineer's Report of record in the office of the
superintendent of Streets, either on the face of said Report or by
filing an amendment thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of May, 1983, by the
