A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A LEASE BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AND THE LOS GATOS MUSEUM ASSOCIATION.
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, California, does hereby authorize the Town
Manager to complete negotiations and execute a lease between the TOWN
and the LOS GATOS MUSEUM ASSOCIATION for that Town -owned property
located at the corner of Tait and Main Streets in Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of
May 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin,
Terrence J. Daily, Thomas J. Ferrito,
MarLyn J. Rasmussen, Mayor Brent N. Ventura
