1983-086-Adopting Plan For The Purchase Of Surplus School PropertyRESOLUTION NO. 1983 -86 RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF SURPLUS SCHOOL PROPERTY The Town Council of Los Gatos RESOLVES that the following "Plan for the Purchase of Surplus School Property" is adopted pursuant to Education Code Section 39397.5: 1. Designation of the surplus site which the Town desires to purchase at the price established pursuant to the Naylor Act: Open space and appurtenant areas at Berry School. 2. Designation of percent of the property to be purchased: 30 %. The remain- ing 70% is property which the Town does not desire to purchase at the price established pursuant to the Naylor Act. 3. Description of the general location of the property to be purchased: The area outlined on Exhibit A attached hereto, consisting of approximately 96,340 square feet, calculated as follows: Amount of Land eligible for purchase under the Naylor Act: Total School Site 388,294 sq. ft. School Buildings and appurtenant areas 67,160 sq. ft. Open Space 321,134 x 30% 96,340 sq. ft. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of May 1983, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Terrence J.
