A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF XEROX -8200 COPIER.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
that the Town Manager is authorized and hereby directed to negotiate and
execute a contract for the acquisition of a Xerox -8200 through a five -year
Lease - Purchase Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting held this 18 day
of April , 1983, by the following vote:
