RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
DIAGRAM AND ROLL FOR ASSESSMENT PARCEL 8 - KNOWLES DRIVE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 81 -2
RESOLVED, that the certain amended assessment diagram and roll for assessment
parcel 8 contained within the Knowles Drive Assessment District No. 81 -2 in the Town
of Los Gatos, prepared by Mark Thomas & Company, Incorporated Consulting Civil
Engineers and Municipal Planners, for Henry and Evelyn V. Frank, Owners of Record of
said assessed parcels, heretofore approved by the Town Engineer of the Town of Los
Gatos, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 18 day of April , 1983 by the following vote:
