PARKING RESTRICTION - NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE AND ANDREWS STREET
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 16 -47 "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traf-
fic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES is hereby prohibited
along portion of both sides of North Santa Cruz Avenue, north of Andrews Street and
both sides of Andrews Street, east and west of North Santa Cruz Avenue, as shown on
the attached Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs
and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular ® meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 18 day of April , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Terrence J. Dail, Thomas J. Ferrito
and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Marlyn J. Rasmussen
