RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM PLANNING CCHMISSION
(Kensington Drive next to Howes School -
Robert Singer, representing Union Little League)
1. Robert Hamilton has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission
to the Town Council as follows: denial of Conditional Use Permit Application
U- 82 -30, Architecture and Site Application S -82 -42 and Variance Application V -82 -3;
and
2. A public hearing was held by the Council on March 7, 1983;

1. The Town Council hereby finds that the findings of the Planning
Con &ssicn were correct.
2. Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is denied.
