RESOLUTION MODIFYING AN AGREEMENT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
TO PREPARE A MASTER ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON THE DRAFT GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS: On February 7, 1983 the Town Council approved an agreement to prepare
a master Environmental Impact Report with Kreines & Kreines (Resolution No.
1983 -26);
WHEREAS: Kreines & Kreines has commenced work as specified in that agreement;
WHEREAS: The Town is asking for additional services to be performed;
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS modify that agreement to prepare a
master Environmental Impact Report with KREINES & KREINES, as per Exhibit A attached
hereto, and that the Mayor is authorized, and he is hereby directed, to execute said
agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 21st day of March ,
1983, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Terrence J. Daily, Thomas
J. Ferrito, Marlyn J. Rasmussen and Mavor Brent N. Ventura

Necessary input from the Town of Los Gatos is:
1. Completion of all land use tabulations by Town staff.
2. Written authorization to proceed with this additional work.
Kreines & Kreines agrees to provide the Town of Los Gatos with all hard copy
from each record of each file identified above and to store all discs containing
such data for five years.
The payment schedule for this work is as follows:
1. 50% upon acceptance of this agreement 3,850.00
2. 25% upon delivery of hard copy prior to calibration 1,925.00
3. 25% upon delivery of hard copy after third round of 1,925.00
