RESOLUTION CONTINUING APPFAL WITH INTERIM CONDITIONS
(208 Bachman Ave, - C. B. Hannegan's)
1. John Hannegan and Robert Cowan have filed separate appeals from a
decision of the Planning Comiission, as follows: approving conditional use
permit application U -81 -3A with conditions; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Council on December 6, 1982;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Council hereby directs the Manager to prepare a report and
recomendations for implementation of a preferential parking program in the
neighborhood surrounding F finegan's, on an experimental basis.
2. The appeal is continued until the first meeting in June, 1983, to
consider it in light of the results of the foregoing experiment,
3. The conditions imposed by the Planning Commission shall remain in full
force and effect in the interim,
4, C, B. Hannegan's shall also comply with the following additional
conditions:
a. No live or outdoor music shall be allowed on or around the premises,
b. No food or alcohol shall be served outdoors.
5. Resolution No. 1983 -8 is hereby rescinded,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 7 day of -March 1983, by the following
votes:
