RESOLUTION NO. 1983 -41
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO, 1983 -6
1. On January 3, 1983, the Town Council adopted a Resolution No. 1983 -6, a
resolution of necessity on Project No. 263 -GF; and
2. On February 7, 1983, the Council adopted Resolution No, 1983 -25, amending
Resolution No. 1983 -6 by adding an additional finding thereto, thereby superseding
Resolution No. 1983 -6;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Council hereby rescinds Resolution No. 1983 -6.
