A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER,
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
GREEN VALLEY DISPOSAL COMPANY, INC.
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
that the Town Manager is authorized and hereby directed to execute an
Amendment to Agreement Between Town of Los Gatos and Green Valley
Disposal Company, Inc. extending the term of the agreement ninety (90)
days beyond the current expiration date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting of the 6th day of
December , 1982, by the following vote:
