A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH
HAMMETT & EDISON, INC. TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
IN THE FRANCHISE TRANSFER PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract amendment with Hammett & Edison, Inc.
to provide technical expertise in the franchise transfer process, such amend-
ment to provide for a not -to- exceed contract total of $12,000.00, unless
otherwise amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA,
at a regular meeting held this 6th day of December 1982,
by the following vote:
