RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN CLERIC
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE HEATING,
VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT AT THE CIVIC CENTER
AND DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
contract for repair and maintenance of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning
system at the Civic Center and Downtown Neighborhood Center; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has presented Specifications for said repair and
maintenance.
RESOLVED, that these Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS SPECIFICATIONS -
FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUPMENT
AT THE CIVIC CENTER AND DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER ", dated December 6, 1982, on
file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the
doing of the work specified in the aforesaid Specifications, which said
advertisement shall be substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 6th day of December, 1982, by the following vote:

J. Ferrito, DAarLyn J. Rasmussen and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
