RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROK PLANNING C(KiSSION
(15690 Gun Tree Lane - Angell)
1. William W. Angell has appealed a decision of the Planning Comission to the
Town Council, as follows: denial of tentative subdivision map M- 82 -13; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Council on October 25, 1982;
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the findings of the Planning Cm nission
were correct.
2. .Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADDOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN
