A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STOP SIGNS ON
TAIT AVENUE AT ALMENDRA, NICHOLSON AND BEAN AVENUES
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -29, "Stop Intersections and
Through Streets," the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby:
1) Establish vehicular stops on Tait Avenue at Almendra Avenue.
2) Establish vehicular stops on Tait Avenue at Nicholson Avenue.
3) Establish vehicular stops on Tait Avenue at Bean Avenue.
Refer to Exhibit "A" for the proposed stop sign locations defined above.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs
and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 1st day of November, 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrite, MarLyn J. Rasmussen,
Peter W. Siemens and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN
